- Preparing the mis-en-place for service time
- Following the recipes and SOPs in place
- Keeping kitchen counters clean
- Preparing list of ingredients required for the next day's service at end of day.
- Initially assisting the line chef, but thereafter learning how to prepare all the items on the menu.

**100% of tips distributed to the staff on shift**

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
