REQUIREMENTS**:
DESIGNER SKILLS:

- Creativity
- Communication

- Proven graphic designing experience
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, blender, sketch book, figma)
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- A portfolio of previous digital design work to showcase experience and creativity
- Ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
DESIGNER RERSPONSIBILITIES:

- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Develop illustrations, creative’s required for brand promotion and other designs using software or by hand
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend design after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Plan and direct marketing campaigns
- Manage organizations website and maintain it, keeping best practices in mind
- Optimize content for social media platforms.
- Execute new and creative collaborations among technologies and platforms

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
