Algoji, a pioneer in the fintech industry, is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Social Media Intern to support our promotional and marketing activities across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think outside the box to engage and grow our audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**:

- Plan, create, and post engaging content on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages to build community engagement.
- Track performance metrics and optimize content strategy.
- **Content Creation and Blogging**:

- Write and publish informative and compelling blog posts related to algo trading and fintech trends.
- Coordinate with the team to produce video scripts and visuals for promotional content.
- **Public Relations**:

- Assist in creating press releases and articles to promote Algoji's initiatives.
- Collaborate with influencers and bloggers for partnerships and endorsements.
- **Webinars and Events**:

- Plan and execute webinars to educate and engage audiences about algo trading and Algoji's solutions.
- Promote events across digital channels to maximize participation.
- **Influencer Marketing**:

- Identify and connect with influencers, bloggers, and creators for YouTube collaborations.
- Negotiate partnerships and ensure high-quality campaign execution.
- **Digital Campaign Management**:

- Assist in running paid marketing campaigns on relevant platforms.
- Ensure all promotional activities align with brand guidelines.
- **Performance Analysis**:

- Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- A basic understanding of SEO and digital advertising is a plus.

**Stipend**: ₹5,000 - ₹8,000 per month

**Duration**: 6 months minimum, with the possibility of extension or full-time employment based on performance.
