Job Description - 1- Position Identification: Designation - Content Strategist Department - Content 2- Organizational Relationships: Reporting to - Operations Head Direct Subordinates - Content Team, CS team, Design team, BD Team, Social Media team External Relationships - Clients, Points of Contact, Associates 3- Purpose of the Job: - Content Strategists are responsible for planning, designing, creating, editing, and publishing relevant content based on the company's business objectives and needs. - The strategist's primary responsibility is to carefully craft a content strategy that adheres to and sets out to achieve corporate goals through content that informs, entertains, inspires, and engages prospective consumers. - Managing the Content Team and associate writers to ensure the content delivery is on time and of superior quality meeting the planned strategy expectations. 4- Key Result Areas: - Accuracy of research. - Meeting deadlines and ensuring timely delivery of rich content. - Cumulative team performance - Content Quality - Impact of Content in client’s performance 5- Principal Tasks & Responsibilities: - Strategize and create content that motivates, inspires, educates, informs, sells, and provide information across various digital platforms. - Manage the Content Team by assigning them tasks, taking timely follow-ups, tracking their tasks, and monitoring their performance. - Understand and solve the challenges of the content team in regard to projects, work allocation, workload, stress and internal challenges. - Create learning opportunities for the team to transform into a Creative Team. - Work closely with client servicing, search engine optimisation, social media marketing, and graphic designing teams to produce content that adheres to the strategy and generates results. - Perform exhaustive research to gain in-depth knowledge of all customer personas, consumer thoughts and trends. - Strategize content buckets and sub-buckets. - Oversee writing style and tone for all content which includes Social Media Content, SEO blogs, Presentation Decks, etc. - Develop content governance guidelines for tone, style, and voice of all content, and ensure they are followed. - Develop editorial strategy, so content is consistent across all delivery platforms. - Conduct periodic content audits, tracking content results and calculating ROI. - Analyze content marketing strategy to evaluate whether it's working or not. - Take responsibility for all content requirements of The 4P Solutions. - Use editing, content management, and creative skills to publish and edit content across various digital platforms. - Work on a variety of projects across a rich spectrum of market sectors and geography. - Create and execute storytelling opportunities with content writers, designers, video content creators, photographers, and illustrators to deliver unique project narratives. - Embrace challenges and inspire new ways of thinking. - Identify customers’ needs and recommend new gaps in the company's current content. - Become an influencer who makes an impact on the company and within the industry through the production of digital content. **Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent **Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Work from home Schedule: - Day shift **Experience**: - Google Ads: 2 years (preferred) - Social media marketing: 2 years (preferred) **Language**: - Hindi (preferred) - English (preferred)
