We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Mechanical Draftsman (Fresher)** to join our engineering team. As a fresher in this role, you will support senior mechanical engineers and designers in creating and modifying technical drawings and layouts for mechanical systems and equipment. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career in mechanical drafting and gain hands-on experience working on a wide range of mechanical design projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating detailed mechanical drawings and designs using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to convert conceptual ideas and rough sketches into accurate technical drawings and plans.
- Prepare detailed layouts, schematics, and 2D/3D models for mechanical components, systems, and assemblies.
- Revise and update existing drawings as per project specifications or engineer instructions.
- Ensure all mechanical drawings comply with industry standards, codes, and best practices.
- Support the preparation of assembly instructions, parts lists, and technical documentation.
- Conduct basic analysis of mechanical systems, parts, and components to verify their functionality and manufacturability.
- Maintain and organize project files and documentation, ensuring all drawings are up to date.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Provide support in ensuring that all drawings are accurate and meet project timelines.
- Participate in team meetings to understand project requirements and provide feedback on drawing progress.

**Required Qualifications**:

- A diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks ). Knowledge of 3D modeling software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems, machinery, and components is a plus, but not mandatory.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools in mechanical drafting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
