**About the Role**

We are looking for talented Video Editor for AstroKun - Genuine Astrology in regards to External User Content, Internal Training and much more. As a Video Editor, you should be able to bring sight and sound together to tell a cohesive story to make AstroKun a global brand.

**Responsibilities**
- Manipulate and edit video pieces in a seamless way with great audio pieces
- Take a brief to grasp the brands needs and specifications and form a excellent understand of the business
- Input music,, graphics, and effects, and create rough and final cuts
- Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of videos
- Consult with stakeholders from production to the post-production process.
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and the industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as a Video Editor and solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Corel, Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut, Figma, Canva and more)
- Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio, thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity
- Familiarity with special effects, 3D, AI and compositing
- Creative mind and storytelling skills to bring the right narrative to the audience
- Degree is not important but having one will help unless you have compensating experience
