The Role

Your analytical and creative mindset will be put to the test as you anticipate trends, stay up-to-date on leading technology, and participate in Kyndryl's architectural boards. Your expertise will guide functional objectives and technologies, and you'll be a driving force in evaluating, identifying, and developing software solutions.

In addition to your technical prowess, you'll also be a strong leader and communicator, able to train and oversee the activities of our development team. You'll foster a collaborative environment and work closely with Marketing Managers, Product Managers, Programmers, and Engineers to ensure our software solutions are meeting the needs of our business and our customers.

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide architectural leadership to Solution Architects to deliver thoughtful IT solutions to the business-
As Lead Architect for project delivery
Performing quality review of project deliverables. Lead work sessions and client discussion.-
- Spearheading the complete Solution Architecture, Digital Transformation, Cloud Modernization & Architecture, Software Development and Performance Tuning
Offering and capability development Experience
- Familiarity with tools such as New Relic, Splunk
- Must have executed large app modernization and cloud native architecting programs (at least 2 programs)

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with one or more automation tools like Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Terraform
- Experience with containerization packaging, tooling, and DevOps methodologies
- Experience in management and orchestration for distributed federated edge K8S clusters like Helm
- Understanding of computer networking and protocols
