**Job Title**: Interior Site Supervisor

Experience: 6 months - 1 year

Location: Kandivali west

The Interior Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the execution of interior design projects on-site, ensuring that work is carried out according to design specifications, timelines, and quality standards. This role involves coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and the design team, managing site activities, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Interior Site Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of interior projects, maintaining a high standard of workmanship, and achieving client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Oversight**: Supervise and manage all aspects of interior construction projects on-site, ensuring that work is completed according to the approved design, budget, and schedule.
- **Coordination**: Act as a liaison between the design team, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and workflow. Coordinate with various trades to ensure all work is executed efficiently and in the correct sequence.
- **Quality Assurance**: Monitor and inspect work on-site to ensure it meets design specifications, quality standards, and industry best practices. Address any issues or discrepancies promptly to maintain project integrity.
- **Scheduling and Planning**: Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring that all activities are planned and executed in a timely manner. Adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes or delays.
- **Site Safety**: Enforce safety protocols and ensure all site activities comply with local safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular safety inspections and provide safety briefings to site personnel.
- **Material Management**: Oversee the delivery, storage, and handling of materials on-site. Ensure materials are available when needed and are stored properly to prevent damage or loss.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify potential challenges and proactively find solutions to keep the project on track. Coordinate with the design team and contractors to resolve any issues that arise during construction.
- **Client Interaction**: Maintain a professional relationship with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and site conditions. Report regularly to project managers and stakeholders on project status and any issues encountered.
