**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated **Badminton & Football Coach** to train and mentor our students. The coach will be responsible for developing skills, promoting sportsmanship, maintaining discipline, and leading teams to participate in inter-college and university-level tournaments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize, and conduct regular training sessions for badminton and football.
- Identify and nurture talent among students to build strong college teams.
- Ensure physical fitness, discipline, and safety of students during practice and matches.
- Organize inter-departmental and intra-college sports activities.
- Prepare teams for inter-collegiate, university, and other competitive events.
- Maintain sports equipment and facilities related to badminton and football.
- Motivate students to actively participate in sports as part of their overall personality development.
- Collaborate with college management and physical education department for sports planning.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or relevant field (preferred).
- Recognized certification or training in badminton and football coaching.
- Prior experience (minimum 2-3 years) in coaching at school/college/university level.
- Strong communication, motivational, and leadership skills.
- Passionate about sports, student development, and teamwork.
