**Attributes**:

- Has to be trustable. You can provide us with someone's reference or guarantee that we can trust you, or we can keep some of your documents in custody as needed.
- Responsible for collecting key from officer's residence daily and open office before 8.20 am and ensuring cleaning is done and the office is ready to operate on or before 9.30am daily.
- Anytime available.
- Married or unmarried, with less than 40 years of age.
- Knows driving a two wheeler.
- Has grisp of secunderabad, Hyderabad, which market is where, knows maximum routes.

Works/responsibilities:

- Collecting key.
- Office and Director's Home cleaning, personal purchase, pickup, drop of Director and as per need. Taking care of all data entry across works.
- Ensuring everything and anything in the office, starting from the cleanliness of the office, keys of the office, stationary, printers, and everything that needs attention, is taken care of.
- Handling vendors for general or regular usage like electrician, plumber, etc. for office and Director's residence.
- Handling purchases of general and household or grocery items for office and directors' residence.
- Handing all purchases and repairs timely. Handling asset or item shortages in a timely manner. Running off to purchases, getting warranties replaced, repairs, etc.
- Helping in the work of Directors, HR, and Senior executives as needed. Helping any staff with their official requests.

**Qualification/Education**:Someone with a 9th pass and above, but less than Bcom., with average knowledge of English, very nice with Hindi and Telugu.

**Timings**: 8 am to 6 pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
