F&b Supervisor

**Job responisibilities**
- To effectively interface with the patients /physician/vendors/kitchen staff and service user area heads.
- To ensure all health and hygiene standards and all requirements of hospital kitchen services are being followed.
- Ensure service delivery is as per defined standard protocol
- Recommend new infrastructure & upgrading existing one as per need
- To follow the TATs as per hospital guidelines.
- Vendor management and development
- To operate within the budgeted costs.
- To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices.
- To have complete orientation of NABH guidelines of Hospital.
- To Comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area
- To Comply with patient safety policy guidelines of the hospital
- To ensure safe utilization of equipments and proper waste disposal system.
- Provides excellent patient care.
- Learns about patients' needs quickly.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills.
- Multi-tasks well in a fast-paced workplace.
- Collaborates with dieticians and medical staff.
- Excels at department management.
- **Hospital Experience**
- 3 - 6 years of relevant experience in hospital or healthcare industry
