**ATL campaigns and 360 launch**
- Ideate, plan and execute new product launches, brand campaigns across all platforms
- ATL, BTL; across various media platforms
- **Ideate, plan and execute events and programmes for new client acquisition and engagement with existing clients**
- Ideation and end-to-end execution of events at a national or regional level

Develop innovative ideas of engaging with TG at these events
- **Support the digital & social initiatives**
- Lead all digital projects w.r.t creation of new portals, app development, website, NB, MB, WA banking etc
- Launch and ongoing maintenance/sustenance campaigns
- Drive SEO, SEM, performance marketing campaigns
- Create premiumness and continue to build a strong presence across social platforms

Manage & update content regularly across all platforms
- **Communication campaigns**
- Work with cross functional teams to drive marketing campaigns to meet business objectives (both internal and external)
- **Media & PR**
- Liaise with PR team to drive launch and coverage for specific launches, events etc
- Ensure consistent media coverage for key stakeholders identified

Liaise with group marketing team and coordinate w.r.t award entries submission, report submissions etc
- **Alliances**
- Plan and ideate innovative initiatives and tie-ups with luxury brands

Management of Concierge
- **Timely budgeting process, expense tracking and vendor payments
**Skills required**
- Mandatory: MBA
- Creative bent of mind/able to ideate innovatively
- End to end campaign & event execution skills
- Sound marketing fundamentals
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Fluency and command over English
- Basic IT skills
- Ability to multi-task, strong sense of urgency of timelines (agility), demonstrable desire to work hard and accept new challenges, strong work ethic, effective people skills and the ability to work in a diverse team
- Exposure to HNI/luxury marketing will be an added advantage

Understanding of financial markets is at best an advantage. It is by no means a requirement. Greater value is placed on willingness to learn, creativity, people skills and a strong work ethic
