**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare 2D mechanical drawings and detailed fabrication/shop drawings using AutoCAD.
- Modify existing drawings based on engineering changes and customer feedback.
- Understand and interpret engineering sketches, technical specifications, and product requirements.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure drawings meet project needs.
- Maintain drawing files and documentation in an organized manner.
- Ensure all drawings adhere to relevant industry and company standards.
- Review and verify drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD** (2D essential, 3D is an added advantage).
- Solid understanding of mechanical components, fabrication, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and engineering documentation.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar 3D CAD tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in mechanical design for industrial equipment, sheet metal, piping, or HVAC systems.
- Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Knowledge of materials and production processes.
