**Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads, applicants, and university deposit payments via telemarketing, counseling, events, and school/college visits.
- Recruit and enrol prospective students in designated courses.
- Deliver sessions on "International Study and Work Opportunities."
- Recruit, train, develop, and retain a team of counselors/tele-callers as needed.
- Provide accurate information on global study destinations, universities, and visa processes.
- Maintain effective follow-ups with customers and international clients for business development.
- Report market feedback and trends to management.
- Maintain accurate student records and ensure timely offer processing.
- Continuously upgrade knowledge on study destinations and visa processes.
- Conduct outstation counseling sessions as necessary.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Graduation or Post Graduation in any field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in study abroad counseling and team handling (preferred but not essential).
- Detailed knowledge of UK/Ireland or US/Canada as study destinations; knowledge of Australia, NZ, or France is advantageous.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Quick learner with an open-minded approach.
- Strong training and sales skills.
- Team leadership and independence.
- Self-motivation, self-awareness, and time management skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
