**Responsibilities**:
Key Responsibilities- Understanding Customer Technical Environment. Identify and evaluate industry trends, and jointly develop technical enablement plan with customer. Maintain technical skills and knowledge of market trends, opportunities, and competitive insights. Provide feedback & insights from customers/partners back to the relevant teams including Product Groups, to enable continuous improvement.- Trusted Advisor: Customer centricity: Develop and expand deep relationships with key customers, Software Engineering and IT decision makers, who drive long-term cloud adoption within their company to enable them to be cloud advocates. Be the voice of the customer. Technical leadership: Assess the Customers' knowledge of Azure platform and overall cloud readiness to support customers through a structured learning plan and ensure its delivery through partners - Collaborate with Cloud Solution Architects in developing complex end-to-end Enterprise solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform. Customer Satisfaction: Drive positive Customer Satisfaction, and become a trusted advisor to customers and partners, by leveraging App Innovation Solution area expertise to enable defined Customer Success Plan outcomes.- Technical Thought Leadership: Learn It All: Demonstrate Self Learner mindset through continuous alignment of individual skilling to team/area demands and Customer Success goals. Maintain knowledge of market trends and competitive insights; Be a Microsoft Azure evangelist with customers, partners and external communities. Accelerate customer outcomes: Engage in relevant communities to share expertise e.g. (conferences, seminars, technical meetups, Webcasts, blogs, hackathons), contribute to IP creation, prioritize IP reuse and learn from others to help accelerate your customers transformation journey.

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**

Required/Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 10+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
- OR
- equivalent experience.

5+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).- Professional experience, including 3-5+ years’ in the following technologies:
Experience with scalable architectures using Azure App Service, API management, serverless technologies, container orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry etc.), API management, microservice frameworks etc.-
- One or more of the following programming languages: C#, Java, Node.js, JSON, PHP, Perl, Python
- Experience using integrated development environments (e.g., Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code) targeting public clouds (i.e., Azure, AWS, GCP); Techniques, and Resiliency-
- Additionally, good experience (2+ years) in Application Security, GitHub, Databases (SQL, NoSQL)-
- Relationship Building: Proven track record of building deep sales relationships with CXOs and practice building executives in highly strategic ISV (Independent Software Vendor), MSP (Managed Service Provider), and SI (System Integrator) partner types.-
- Collaboration: Acknowledged for driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts and ensuring follow through with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Communication: Ability to orchestrate, lead, and influence virtual teams. Strong presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences at different levels of organizations.Technical experience
