**Inventory Management**

1. Monitor physical stock levels regularly

2. Issue materials to production against Material Request (MR).

3. Prepare Purchase Request (PR) & raise to purchase dept.

4. Prepare Goods Received Note (GRN) & raise to purchase dept.

5. Monitor the Inbound, In-process and Outbound activities at the warehouse.

6. Prepare inventory audit policy & conduct monthly inventory audit after getting approval from the general manager.

7. Monitor the lean management at warehouse.

8. Monitor the material handling and storing activities within the Warehouse.

9. Analyse inventory using inventory control techniques and manage inventory efficiently and effectively.

**Operations Management**

10. Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision

11. Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations

12. Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization

13. Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures

**14. **Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements

15. To be responsible for obtaining approval from manager finance for all expenses incurred on warehouse activities.

16. Address and resolve the issues regarding the inbound activity by coordinating with other departments.

17. Receive the inbound Items and store it in the allotted place

18. Address issues related to inventory department.

19. Check & ensure the quality of material-in & intimate to purchase dept & account dept if any damages.

20. Ensure timely material returns & intimate the same to purchase manager & general manager.

21. Strictly adherence to organizational policies
- Strictly aadherence to departmental processes & SOPs.
- Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided

**Documentation**
- Conduct Monthly/Weekly Department Meeting with General Manager & Top Management.
- Ensure proper documentation of all activities in the warehouse.
- Prepare reports on inventory and present monthly to General Manager
- Produce reports and statistics regularly

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
