**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and social media platforms.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc., to maximize ROI.
- Manage and oversee the company's social media presence, including content creation, publishing, community engagement, and social advertising.
- Analyze key metrics and provide regular performance reports to optimize strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging and high-quality content for various digital channels.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and propose innovative ideas to stay ahead in the wellness and beauty industry.
- Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost-effective strategies that meet business objectives.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- A digital marketing profile description may generally list the following experience requirements:

- Excellent written skills and verbal communication abilities
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
- Capable of identifying, attracting, and engaging target audiences
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and developments
- Creative in devising informative, engaging, and motivational digital campaigns
- Proficiency in using website analytics tools, ad-serving tools, and marketing software
- Basic programming experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Proven work experience as a digital marketing manager or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze results, and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools, CRM software, and content management systems.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint) are desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
