**Job Title**: Sales Executive (Retail and Wholesale) - Procurement and Order Fulfillment
**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Executive to join our team and play a critical role in our retail and wholesale operations. As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be procuring the right products, processing orders, and ensuring accurate and timely deliveries to our customers. You will work closely with our suppliers, sales team, and logistics to maintain optimal inventory levels and provide exceptional customer service. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and source products from reliable suppliers, negotiating favourable terms and pricing agreements to meet the needs of both retail and wholesale customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and ensure the availability of the right products.
- Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with suppliers to confirm product availability and estimated delivery timelines and resolve potential issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, resolving any discrepancies or quality concerns promptly and effectively.
- Work closely with the logistics department to coordinate shipments and deliveries, ensuring efficient and timely transportation of products.
- Monitor inventory levels and track product performance, recommending adjustments and improvements.
- Keep updated records of procurement activities, order status, and delivery schedules.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout order fulfillment.
- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and make data-driven procurement decisions.
**Eligibility / Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or procurement, preferably in the retail or wholesale industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to establish and maintain supplier relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure accurate order processing and delivery.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve procurement and logistics challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Proficient in using inventory management software and other relevant tools.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of retail and wholesale industry trends, product categories, and market dynamics.
