*Job Title: Typist *

*Job Overview:
A Typist at Nextillo Will be responsible for accurately transcribing medical and educational materials, including lecture notes, test question etc. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that educational content is accessible and organized for students and faculty.

*Key Responsibilities: *

1. *Transcription: *
- Type and transcribe medical lectures, research findings, and other educational materials from handwritten or audio sources into digital formats.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy, spelling, and grammar in transcribed content.

2. *Document Formatting: *
- Format documents to align with established style guidelines and templates.
- Create organized and well-structured documents that are easy to read and reference.
- Proficiency in flow chart and table designs

3. *Data Entry: *
- Enter medical data, case studies, and research findings into databases and spreadsheets as required.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency.

4. *Collaboration: *
- Collaborate with professors, educators, and administrators to understand their transcription needs and priorities.
- Manage transcription requests and deadlines efficiently.

5. *Confidentiality: *
- Handle sensitive medical information and maintain strict confidentiality and data security standards.

*Qualifications: *
- Class12th or above.
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in word processing software (e.g., Microsoft Word, MS Excel).
- Familiarity with medical terminology and abbreviations (preferred but not required).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and data security.

*Preferred Skills: *
- Use of corel and Canva
- Previous experience in medical transcription or a similar role.
- Knowledge of medical transcription software or tools.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,393.13 - ₹30,486.59 per month
