- Conduct training sessions covering all four language skills (Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking).
- Provide constructive feedback on performance, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement.
- Track progress and adjust training plans accordingly.
- Keep abreast of the latest OET format, scoring criteria, and any updates to the test.
- Ensure that training materials and methods align with current OET standards.
- Stay updated with best practices in language teaching and learning.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance training skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong command of the English language, particularly in a healthcare context.
- Previous experience in teaching English as a second language or OET preparation is preferred.
- Familiarity with OET format, scoring, and content is highly advantageous.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and empathy when working with diverse groups of learners.
- Organizational skills to create effective lesson plans and track progress.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
