**Job Title: Hub Inspector**

**Location**: Alandi, Pune
**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine inspections of incoming and outgoing goods at the hub
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety regulations
- Verify documentation and inventory accuracy
- Identify and report damages, defects, or discrepancies
- Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and operations teams for timely dispatches
- Maintain proper inspection logs and submit daily reports
- Ensure proper storage and handling of goods
- Train junior staff on inspection protocols if required
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a similar role (inspection/supervisory/logistics/warehouse operations)
- Strong knowledge of quality control, warehouse processes, or logistics operations
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and team coordination abilities
- Physically fit and comfortable working on-site in a hub/warehouse environment
