As a Social Media Executive, you will play a key role in developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will involve managing various social media platforms, creating compelling content, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**: Oversee and manage social media accounts across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) ensuring brand consistency and engaging content.

**Content Creation**: Develop creative and engaging content including text, image, and video content for social media posts, ads, and campaigns.

**Strategy Development**: Contribute to the development of social media strategies aligned with the overall marketing goals, focusing on increasing brand awareness and driving engagement.

**Community Engagement**: Actively engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly while fostering positive relationships with followers.

**Campaign Execution**: Execute social media advertising campaigns including content creation, targeting, budget management, and optimization to achieve campaign objectives.

**Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, or other analytics platforms to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies.

**Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to implement new strategies and tactics effectively.

**Collaboration**: Coordinate with the marketing team, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all social media channels.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

**Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

**Social Media Knowledge**: Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices.

**Content Creation Skills**: Proficiency in creating engaging content (text, image, video) tailored for different social media platforms.

**Analytical Skills**: Ability to interpret data, analyze metrics, and derive actionable insights to improve campaign performance.

**Creativity**: Innovative thinking and the ability to generate unique content ideas.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Organization and Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines effectively.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
