Telecaller - Aesthetic Clinic (Hair Transplant, Skin And Laser)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telecaller to join our team.You will be responsible for generating leads and booking appointments for our range of aesthetic services, including hair transplants and skin treatments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**: Actively reach out to potential clients through outbound calls, identifying and qualifying leads.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Efficiently schedule consultations and appointments with prospective clients.
- **Client Relationship Building**: Establish rapport with potential clients and address their queries and concerns.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and client interactions in our CRM system.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on our latest treatments, packages, and promotions to provide accurate information to clients.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the healthcare or beauty industry.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a passion for achieving sales goals.
- **Prior experience in calling for hair transplant and skin treatments is a strong advantage.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

- Bachelor's (preferred)
