**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities to ensure smooth progress.
- Assign tasks to workers and monitor their performance.
- Ensure adherence to project plans, timelines, and specifications.

**Team Coordination**
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers.
- Communicate effectively with contractors, laborers, and vendors.
- Resolve on-site issues and provide guidance to the team.

**Quality and Safety Assurance**
- Inspect work to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Identify and address potential hazards to maintain a safe work environment.
- Ensure all work complies with local regulations and building codes.

**Resource Management**
- Manage and monitor the use of materials and equipment on-site.
- Track inventory levels and request supplies as needed.
- Minimize wastage and optimize resource utilization.

**Reporting and Documentation**
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress, and issues.
- Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.
- Prepare reports on project status, materials usage, and labor performance.

**Qualifications**
- **Educational Background**: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3+ years of experience in site supervision in the construction industry.

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and safety protocols.
