Storekeeper

**Key Responsibilities**
- Control incoming supplies by checking brand, quality and quantity of good received against the actual order.
- Follow up receiving procedures strictly while receiving the deliveries. Reject any unacceptable products and inform immediate supervisor accordingly.
- Receive and properly stock any purchased and supplied items in a way that suits proper material management.
- Maintains records of all incoming and outgoing deliveries of requested materials.
- Receives and stores documents; maintains record of approved basic store documents.
- Maintains the warehouse, and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.
- Update the stock records and prepare issue vouchers & submit to Finance on timely basis.
- Ensure that storage areas, facilities and equipment’s meet the minimum requirements and standards.
- Ensure the accuracy of data inputs while using computer software for stores management.
- Ensure all store transactions are carried out in compliance with the store and fixed assets guidelines of the factory.
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of all equipment in stores.
- Distribute timely completed regular store vouchers
- Puts appropriate labels/tags that contain necessary information of each item.
- Initiate purchase when materials reach reorder level.

Job Requirement
- Any Graduate, Knowledge of LIFO / FIFO, Purchasing & Supplies Management OR related field of study.
- 2 - 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in medical manufacturing equipment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
