**Overview**:
We are a sheet metal manufacturing company based in Nashik, India, specializing in high-quality, handcrafted products. We are expanding our product line with the launch of our new "Candle Light Holder" made from sheet metal, and we are looking for a talented and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Intern to drive sales through the retail channel.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales & marketing strategy for the "Candle Light Holder" across the retail channel.
- Identify and target potential retail partners, including home decor stores, gift shops, and online retailers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers and influencers.
- Negotiate pricing and placement agreements with retailers.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the "Candle Light Holder" to consumers, including online and offline channels.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
- Monitor sales performance and track key metrics, such as conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
- Travel to meet with retailers and attend industry events (as required).

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
