**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tally Software**:

- Assist in recording financial transactions using Tally software.
- Generate reports such as ledgers, trial balances, and P&L statements.
- Maintain accounts records and update as needed.
- **Day Book Maintenance**:

- Accurately record all transactions in the day book (both cash and credit).
- Ensure that the day book reflects all the financial transactions for the day, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and expenses.
- **Cash Management**:

- Handle daily cash inflow and outflow accurately.
- Reconcile cash balances with the day book.
- Assist in petty cash management and documentation of petty cash expenditures.
- **Invoice and Receipts**:

- Ensure accurate processing of invoices and receipts.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of payment vouchers and receipts.
- **Assist in Accounting Reports**:

- Help prepare monthly and quarterly accounting reports for senior management.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, including profit and loss, and balance sheets.
- **General Accounting Support**:

- Assist in basic accounting functions like journal entries, ledger management, and bank reconciliation.
- Maintain and update the company’s accounting records.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:

- A bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or Finance is preferred.
- **Skills and Experience**:

- Knowledge and hands-on experience with **Tally** software.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles, including day book maintenance and cash management.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other office tools.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience in using accounting software other than Tally will be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of GST and tax regulations is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
