Opportunity: Trainer at Jindal Global Business School (OP Jindal Global University)

Role Overview:
As a Trainer at Jindal Global Business School, you will be responsible for equipping B-school students with essential skills to excel in their careers. You will lead various training sessions and workshops, and provide personalized guidance to help students prepare for job interviews and career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Training and Workshops: Conduct engaging training sessions on soft skills, resume building, interview preparation, group discussions, document preparation, and professional networking.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the department to deliver regular training sessions aimed at preparing students for successful job interviews.
- One-on-One Counselling: Offer personalized career guidance through individual counseling sessions to help students identify their career goals and develop strategies for job readiness.
- Training Material Development: Create and maintain high-quality training materials, such as handouts and presentations, to support student learning.
- Feedback and Improvement: Collect and analyze feedback from participants to continuously improve the quality and impact of training programs.

Qualifications & Experience:
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Education: Master's Degree

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
