**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Research and write high-quality articles, blogs, social media posts, product descriptions, and other forms of content for different platforms.
- **Editing & Proofreading**: Assist in editing and proofreading content to ensure clarity, grammar, and style consistency.
- **Content Planning**: Assist the team in brainstorming content ideas and creating content calendars based on target audience and business needs.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research on industry-related topics, competitors, and audience interests to enhance content relevance.
- **Collaborative Work**: Work closely with the marketing, design, and SEO teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and goals.
- **Adapt to Feedback**: Implement feedback from senior writers and supervisors to improve writing skills and content quality.
- **Social Media Engagement**: Assist in managing and creating content for social media platforms to engage with audiences.
- **Learning & Development**: Actively learn about content marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Writing Skills**: Strong command of the English language with excellent grammar and writing skills.
- **Creativity**: Ability to think creatively and produce unique, engaging content.
- **Basic SEO Knowledge**: Familiarity with SEO principles and tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar (not mandatory but a plus).
- **Research Skills**: Ability to perform thorough research on industry-related topics.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to proofread and edit own work and that of others.
- **Tech Savvy**: Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, social media platforms, and basic photo editing software (like Canva or Adobe Spark).
- **Time Management**: Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
