### *Key Responsibilities:*
- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to promote aluminium forging capabilities.
- Generate and follow up on leads from OEMs, tier-1 suppliers, and industrial clients.
- Understand technical specifications and communicate forging solutions to customers effectively.
- Create marketing content: brochures, catalogues, website updates, social media posts, and case studies.
- Attend trade shows, industry expos, and client meetings to represent the company.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Maintain CRM systems and prepare monthly marketing reports.
## *Key Requirements:*
- *Education:* Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or Marketing (with technical background preferred).
- *Experience:* 2-5 years in industrial marketing; experience in aluminium/metal forging or manufacturing is *highly preferred*.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Proficient in MS Office, digital marketing tools, and CRM systems.
## *Preferred Skills:*
- Experience dealing with automotive or aerospace clients.
- Familiarity with quality standards (ISO, IATF).
- Knowledge of export marketing or international client handling (bonus).
