Experience: Min 2 - 3 years of experience as inside sales executive or similar profile in real estate industry

Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant

Skills required:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.

Profile Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads.
- Utilize various platforms and tools to identify and qualify prospects.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries.
- Client Engagement:

- Build rapport with clients through effective communication and active listening.
- Understand clients' needs and preferences to recommend suitable properties.
- Provide information on available properties, pricing, and market trends.
- Schedule property viewings and accompany clients on tours as needed.
- Sales Support:

- Assist clients throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to closing.
- Coordinate with real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate transactions.
- Prepare and present offers, purchase agreements, and other relevant documents.
- Address client concerns and negotiate terms to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Database Management:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.
- Input data into CRM software to track leads, appointments, and sales activities.
- Generate reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.
- Market Research:

- Stay informed about local real estate market trends, developments, and competitors.
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing and sales efforts.
- Goal Achievement:

- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities and revenue.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
