**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in sample preparation, testing, and analysis of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods (incense sticks, dhoop, perfumes, creams, lotions, etc.)
- Conduct basic physical, chemical, and sensory tests as per standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain accurate records of test results and observations in lab registers or software systems
- Support R&D team in formulation development and product trials for new incense and cosmetic products
- Prepare reagents, measure ingredients, and carry out blending or small-scale mixing as required
- Assist in ensuring that products meet company quality standards, specifications, and legal requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lab equipment, glassware, and workstations
- Calibrate lab instruments regularly and report any faults or inconsistencies
- Follow all health, safety, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines within the laboratory and production areas
- Coordinate with production and packaging departments for quality-related issues

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum **Diploma or Bachelor's degree** in Chemistry, Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of lab experience, preferably in FMCG, incense, fragrance, or cosmetic industry
- Basic understanding of lab techniques, quality standards, and safety procedures
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and work with mínimal supervision
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with MS Office and basic lab software (optional but preferred)

**Desirable Traits**:

- Interest in fragrance, herbal products, or cosmetics
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced production environment

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vishwakarma Industrial Area, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Laboratory techniques: 1 year (preferred)
