**We are Hiring Junior Merchandiser - Home Textile**

**Product Development**:
Collaborating with designs, buyers, and suppliers to understand the product requirements, including design, fabric and color specifications, Researching and staying updated on fashion trends and market demands to develop new product ideas.

**Coasting and Budgeting**:
Conducting cost analysis, negotiating prices with suppliers, and preparing cost estimates and budgets for garment production. Monitoring and managing expenses throughout the production process.

**Order Management**:
Receiving and reviewing customer orders, ensuring they are accurate and complete. Coordinating with production teams, suppliers and logistics personal to ensure timely production and delivery of garments.

**Production Planning**:
Creating Production schedules and timelines based on order requirements. Ensuring that production capacity and resources are effectively utilized to meet deadlines. Monitoring and tracking production progress to identify and address any delays or issues.

**Supplier Management**:
Identifying and selecting reliable suppliers for raw materials and components. Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and resolving any supplier-related issues.

**Inventory Management**:
Monitoring and managing inventory levels to ensure availability of materials and finished products. Forecasting demand and coordinating with production and procurement teams to maintain optimal stock levels.

**Communication and Coordination**:
Serving as a key liaison between various stakeholders, including designers, production teams, suppliers and customers. Providing regular updates on production status, addressing inquires and concerns and facilitating smooth communication and collaboration.

- Giving shipping instructions and following shipment.

**Skills **:To Handle the customers individually ,

Communications ,Cut Plan & Trim Books and follow with production team

**Salary :18k - 25k**

**Working Hours : 9am - 6pm**

**Location : Sowripalayam,Coimbatore**

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
