**Responsibilities**:

- Ideate and design solutions, build flows, and prototype for every stage of product development, from conception to user testing to launch
- Communicate effectively your design solutions to key stakeholders in the process
- Work closely with our Product Managers, developers, and content strategists to oversee the user experience of our product from conception until launch and beyond
- Pilot user research and enhance already existing user interface designs
- Design/Transition experiences from one platform/device to another (Android, Web, etc.)
- Craft and modify the visuals/user experience of existing internal tools that enable Tekie to grow and scale rapidly

**Skills**:

- Figma
- Photoshop
- Adobe XB

**Qualification**:

- Relevant work experience of 2 to 3+ years.
- Strong Portfolio or live projects showcasing experience in this field needed
- Super-proficient in Figma and any other design/prototyping tools (eg. Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, etc).
- Creative thinking with immense attention to visual detail
- Knowledge and Skill of current UI/UX best practices (design systems, style guides, libraries, etc.)
- Proactive - takes initiative, is self-motivated, and a team player.
- Strong communication & Interpersonal skills.
- Experience in user research/usability testing would be an added bonus
- Willingness to hustle

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹480,000.00 per year
