**Job Title: Merchandiser**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Assist the senior merchandising team in all aspects of the procurement process, from product sourcing and selection to order placement and fulfillment.

2. Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely production and delivery of goods, maintaining adherence to quality standards and specifications.

3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive offerings, providing insights to inform product selection and development.

4. Prepare and maintain purchase orders, production schedules, and shipment tracking documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, quality control, and logistics to address any issues or challenges that may arise during the procurement process.

6. Monitor inventory levels and sales performance, assisting in the development of replenishment strategies and promotional initiatives to optimize product availability and maximize sales opportunities.

7. Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and regulatory requirements related to product categories and markets of operation.

8. Support the merchandising team in administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and documentation as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in merchandising, procurement, or related roles, preferably within the Gift Items, Christmas decorations, Hardgoods, Home Decor, or Furniture industries.
- Experience working in a Buying House or export-oriented environment is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of merchandising principles, supply chain dynamics, and production processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP or procurement software is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

**Location**:

**Salary**:
25,000 to 50,000 INR per month (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:
