As a Video Editor for LiveLaw, you will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content that informs and engages our audience and align with our editorial standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Video Editing: Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, compelling news stories, features, and packages.
- Collaborate with journalists to craft engaging and informative video narratives that complement the written content.
- Incorporate graphics, animations, and effects to enhance video content and convey information effectively.
- Adapt and optimize video content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and mobile apps.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines in all video

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor in a news or media organization.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and compression.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and animation software is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of storytelling.
- Knowledge of copyright and fair use guidelines related to video content.
- A bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or a related field is preferred.
