**Job Title: Telecaller**

**Location**: Bandra, 6 days WFO

**Job Type**: Full-time

We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Telecallers. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, answering their queries, and promoting our products/services over the phone.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to generate interest.
- Follow-up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing efforts.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls made and outcomes achieved.
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as needed.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone demeanor.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
- Results-driven with a passion for achieving targets.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using telecommunication systems.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous experience in a sales or telemarketing role.
- Knowledge of the industry or products/services being offered.
- Multilingual abilities can be an advantage.

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
