**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to financial and operational performance.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather relevant data and ensure timely reporting.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Excel, or other relevant tools.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across systems and reports.
- Provide support during audits and assist in compliance documentation.
- Monitor key financial metrics and report anomalies or trends to senior management.
- Maintain data confidentiality and follow internal controls.
- Continuously improve reporting tools and processes for better efficiency.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Inter CA (CA Intermediate) is mandatory.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in accounting, MIS reporting, or financial analysis.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in **MS Excel** (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems like Tally, SAP, Oracle, etc.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred**:

- Prior experience in a similar MIS/accounting role.
- Exposure to audit processes or internal controls.
- Knowledge of statutory compliances and GST/TDS is an advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
