Tele Caller Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to follow up on inquiries and interest in our products.
- Provide detailed information about Sabhan Furniture’s products, promotions, and services.
- Answer questions and address concerns of prospective clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for potential clients to visit our showroom or meet with sales representatives.
- Maintain a database of prospective clients, recording all interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies for effective follow-up and conversion of leads.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align follow-up activities with promotional campaigns.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for client follow-ups and conversions.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [preferred languages, e.g., English, Arabic].
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle objections and resolve issues.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in the furniture or retail industry is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
