**Skills Required**:
Education: Ideally a 4 yr Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: At least 7- 10years of experience in technical documentation, requirements analysis, or a related role, with an understanding of automation. Experience in the payment processing domain is a plus.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated test frameworks.
- Need a GCM 4 or a tester with good experience in testing as he will replace an experience internal test
- Need a technical people able to analyse log, trace, spec
- He will work also with **Robot framework** => So knowledge in development is needed ( not only during cursus )
- **Knowledge of programming languages such as Python and SQL.**:

- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Able to understand the existing program written and think how to automate the manual test cases.
- Ability to write test cases+ Execute automated test scripts+ analyzing the results based on framework.
- Ability to have test strategy+Test plan for automation.
- Good to know CI/CD pipeline.

Language: Proficient in business English

Automation Testing : Strong testing automation acumen with ability to understand existing manual automation and make it automation.

Analytical Thinking and Reporting: Strong analytical skills with an ability to produce concise and accurate test cases.

Active Listening and Empathy: Excellent listening skills and an empathetic approach to understanding stakeholder needs.

Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills (English) to articulate complex programs
