- Design, develop, and deploy MuleSoft integration solutions based on business requirements and technical specifications.
- Architect and implement API-led connectivity using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Design Center.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to gather requirements and design integration solutions that meet business needs.
- Develop reusable components, connectors, templates, and best practices to accelerate integration development and ensure consistency across projects.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of integration solutions to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to junior developers and support teams.
- Stay current with MuleSoft platform updates, industry trends, and best practices to continuously enhance integration capabilities and drive innovation.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7-10 years of hands-on experience in MuleSoft development, with expertise in Anypoint Platform, Mule runtime, DataWeave, and MuleSoft APIs.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API-led connectivity and microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, JSON, XML, and other integration protocols and formats.
- Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Exchange, Anypoint Studio, Anypoint Connectors, and MuleSoft CloudHub.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and other programming languages and frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- MuleSoft certification(s) such as MuleSoft Certified Developer - Integration Professional is a plus.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
