The Plant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, and promoting a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and coordinate production activities, including scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation.

2. Ensure quality control measures are implemented and maintained.

3. Monitor and optimize production processes to meet productivity and efficiency targets.

4. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.

5. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment and machinery.

6. Train and develop production staff to improve skills and performance.

7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

8. Investigate and resolve production issues and complaints.

**Requirements**:
1. Relevant experience in manufacturing or production supervision.

2. Strong leadership and communication skills.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

4. Knowledge of quality control and safety procedures.

5. Problem-solving and analytical skills.Reporting:
The Plant Supervisor reports to the Production Manager or Plant Manager

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
