**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop compelling marketing posts for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and newsletters.
- Write scripts for YouTube videos that effectively communicate our brand and services.
- Design eye-catching copy for hoardings and flex banners to attract potential clients.
- Conduct research on market trends, target audience, and competitive landscape to inform content strategy.
- Stay updated on industry developments to create timely and relevant content.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align content with overall marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and videographers to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
- Implement SEO best practices in all written content to enhance visibility and drive traffic.
- Assist in developing content calendars and strategies to ensure a consistent and engaging brand voice.
- Analyse content performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to improve engagement and conversion rates.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field.
- **Proven experience as a content writer, preferably in the real estate sector.**:

- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse writing samples.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz), and social media management platforms.
- Excellent research skills and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and audience engagement strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with video scripting and production.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
