As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that delight our users.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Create user-centered designs by considering usability, accessibility, and interaction design.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Design cohesive and engaging user interfaces that align with our brand identity.
- Conduct user research, user testing, and analyze feedback to iterate on design solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and an understanding of design principles.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with different teams.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Pay: ₹9,232.90 - ₹20,000.00 per month
