**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze and test raw materials, including steel grades, to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Develop and optimize heat treatment processes to improve product durability and performance.
- Conduct metallurgical failure investigations and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to innovate material solutions for new product development.
- Maintain accurate records of test results and prepare detailed technical reports.
- Ensure compliance with ISO/TS 16949 and other industry standards.

Different types of metallurgical testing activity.

Handling customer's complaint as well as making analysis report.

Able to handle instruments such as Hardness tester, Metallurgical Microscope, Spectrometer, Millipore, Cupping machine etc

Heat treatment of Cylindrical Rollers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
