**Position**: High School Coordinator (Grades 6-10)

**Experience**: Minimum 3 years in academic leadership or teaching roles, with at least 2 years in a coordination

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Management**: Develop and oversee the implementation of the curriculum for Grades 6-10, ensuring academic rigor and alignment with CBSE standards.
- **Teacher Development**: Conduct regular classroom observations, provide constructive feedback, and organize professional development workshops.
- **Parent & Stakeholder Communication**: Serve as the primary liaison between the school and parents, addressing concerns and fostering a collaborative educational environment.
- **Event Coordination**: Plan and manage school events, including parent orientations, field trips, annual day celebrations, and parent-teacher meetings.
- **Administrative Duties**: Ensure compliance with school policies, manage academic records, and prepare reports for school leadership and educational authorities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
- B.Ed. qualification is mandatory.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in curriculum development and educational program management.
- Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and assessment practices.
