**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Documentation Management**:
Compile, organize, and maintain all client and internal documentation in an orderly and systematic manner.
- **Client Coordination**:
Follow up with clients to obtain any missing or pending documents and ensure timely submission.
- **Data Entry & Record Maintenance**:
Accurately enter completed data into relevant spreadsheets, trackers, and systems. Maintain up-to-date records for easy reference and retrieval.
- **Process Support**:
Assist in streamlining processes related to documentation and task tracking.
- **Task Coordination**:
Support the management team with daily task management, tracking deadlines, and ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day operations.
- **Reporting**:
Prepare regular reports on documentation status, pending items, and operational updates as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or related field (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, google sheets, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
