**We’re Hiring - Shift Incharge (Production - AAC Blocks)**

**Location**: Navsari Plant, Gujarat
**Experience**: 0-1 Years in AAC Blocks / Cement / Construction Materials industry
**Qualification**: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering

**Role Summary**:
We are looking for a **Shift Incharge** to oversee end-to-end AAC block production during assigned shifts. The role involves managing operations (cutting, autoclaving, curing, packing), ensuring quality, monitoring raw materials, enforcing safety standards, and coordinating with maintenance & quality teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise shift production operations & manpower allocation
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
- Monitor raw material usage & minimize wastage
- Maintain shift production reports and handover notes
- Drive continuous improvement & ensure safety compliance

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- 0-1 years’ experience in AAC block manufacturing (mandatory)
- Strong leadership, coordination & problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of autoclave, curing cycles & production machinery
