**Job Title**: Talent Acquisition Associate
**Location**: Indore
**Experience**: Fresher or up to 6 months in staff augmentation & hiring contractual developers for clients

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff augmentation needs.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring requirements.

**Required Qualifications**:

- MBA/BBA in HR or any other technical degree.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of recruitment tools and platforms.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Indore, Indore District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Master's (required)
