**Job Title**: Tamil/Telugu Translator
**Location**: Kharadi, Pune
**Department**: Support

We are looking for a proficient Tamil/Telugu Support to bridge communication between our company and regional leads generated by the Sales and Support teams. The primary responsibility is to translate conversations and documents, acting as a mediator to ensure clear understanding between clients and the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Translate communication from Tamil/Telugu to English and vice versa for existing leads.
- Serve as a liaison between regional clients and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and translation activities.
- Assist in building strong relationships with regional clients to ensure a smooth customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- 0-2 years of experience.
- Proficiency in Tamil or Telugu and English (both spoken and written).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic documentation and record-keeping ability.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or translation role is a plus.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
